    Matcha Latte bubble Tea Recipe

    Ingredients:

    1 tsp ceremonial or latte-grade matcha powder

    60 ml hot water (about 70–80°C)

    200 ml milk (dairy or plant-based like oat/almond)

    2–3 tsp sugar or simple syrup (adjust to taste)

    1/2 cup tapioca pearls (boba)

    Ice cubes

     Instructions:

    1. Cook the Boba:

    Boil water and cook tapioca pearls according to the package (usually ~5–7 minutes).

    Once soft and chewy, drain and soak in sugar syrup or honey.

    2.Prepare the Matcha:

    Sift 1 tsp of matcha into a bowl.

    Add 60 ml hot water and whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.

    3.Sweeten the Milk:

    In a shaker or cup, combine milk and sweetener. Mix well.

    4.Assemble the Drink:

    In a tall glass, add the cooked boba at the bottom.

    Add ice cubes.

    Pour in sweetened milk.

    Gently layer matcha on top for that aesthetic ombré look ✨

    5.Stir & Enjoy!

    Mix it all together before drinking with a wide straw.
